Is this normal?

There's something like a 20-30 seconds lag... I use the latest SHOUTcast DNAS and the latest SHOUTcast source too.
I also use SongRequester but it takes the information from my player so a 20-30 seconds lag can be kinda annoying. Just wondering if there's anything I can do

Nevermind, I did a search and it seems it's in relation to the bitrate and the buffering time... oh well I don't care that much

There is always a delay.

The greater the bandwidth, the lower the delay.

The "secret" is buffering, which is necessary, and it cannot be eliminated.
