I think i have found a way to reproduce #1 as well

PROCEDURE
1. Attach DL or JTFE (i use DL most the time) at the bottom (above taskbar again ) NOT in windowshade mode.
2. Doubleclick to windowshade window, just above the taskbar
3. Then Click on "Show Desktop" found in Quick Launch, toolbar on the taskbar, so all windows get minimised. (i dont have a taskbar button for winamp by the way)
4. Then Open a window, like "My Computer"
OBSERVE -> the windowshaded window should be moved upwards.
Most of the times it works for me around ~98% of the times.
tell me if it reproduces for you too.

hope you find some time to release a quick fix version of the plugin soon enough
