Alvin & Chipmunks distortion

Every time I have tried listening to the Michelle Branch "Goodbye to You" video on the WinAmp Video library, I get the Alvin and the Chipmunks version of it.

This means it comes in very choppy and has speed-up distortion like Alvin and Chipmunks. I finally heard this video somewhere else, and realized this was NOT some kind of artsy stunt by Branch, just a technical flub on the part of WinAmp or (surprise, surprise) AOL.

It's amazing I have to join a forum like this, after exhausting search capabilities for a prior topic on it and any hope of a bug report addy, and cast a message to the wind just to report such a flaw. It does NOT bode well for my ever becoming a WinAmp paying user.

Who do I simply inform of this fact? AOL, WinAmp, or someone else?

its something to do with the intro file hertz being off i belive.
