Plugin: Media Library (don't know what component... used to be so easy before it was split up

Problem: When double-clicking/playing/enqueueing an artist or album from the Media Library, Winamp crashes with the following error:

First detected in Winamp 5.23, updated to 5.24 in the hope that it had been fixed, but it hasn't.
Oddly, this only occured when I formatted and re-installed Windows 98SE and everything else mentioned above. v5.23 didn't have that problem before I needed to reformat and re-install. IIRC there's about 80 albums, around 470 artists, and about 1250 songs. Happens every time, can't figure out why.
