Please help with nak error

Hi guys, I have always been able to broadcast on shoutcast with my desktop but i have recently had to reinstall all my programs and windows as i needed a new hard drive. Now since i have done this i cannot get my shoutcast to broadcast i keep getting nak error. I have tried all the steps on i like tunes website and can get step 1 working but thats as far as i can get to work. Now my firewall on my modem/router is disabled and i have the router setup for port forwarding. Windows 7 firewall is set up to allow shoutcast through as it poped up when i started it and asked if i wanted to allow it which i clicked yes. BUT still i cant get it to work.PLEASE help me i am at my wits end trying to work it out

If you are unable to connect to http://127.0.0.1:8000 then either you do not have DNAS running, or you are not running on port 8000.

Almost certainly a PC firewall thing if you can't hit your 192.168.x.x address. Try explicitly opening port and port+1 on Windows firewall, and also make sure there's no 3rd party internet security software getting in the way.

ok the issue is very strange. It wasn't firewall it was something strange going on with the port forwarding...My router has always had the port forwarded on 192.168.0.2 and test one was showing that this was working but i downloaded a tool from the portforward.com site and it said it should be 192.168.06 show i tried that in my router settings and now all is working perfectly very strange...But thank you for your help

Your router is likely using dhcp to assign iP addresses. This means your computer's internal IP can change from time to time.

The way to sort this is to assign static IPs to all of the computers on your home network and tell the router to use static IPs and not dhcp.
