mic always on with shoutcast in soundcard input mode

Hi. Having a problem with broadcasting live on Live365 with Winamp and Shoutcast with soundcard input mode. It seems the mic is always on with it in that mode, and I can't get it to turn off. I don't want to flip Shoutcast to Winamp source, because it sometimes gets stuck when flipping back and forth between the two and ruin the flow of my show.

Any suggestions?

Make sure you dont have the mic lock on..



or you could get a mic with a switch.
