SKiNS ARNT WORKING FOR ME!!! HELP!!!

Whenever i download a skin, it doesn't open. When I save it is an SZ File that opens with explorer but does NOT open. Anyone know how to fix my problem?

1)Repair broken caps lock key.
2)Skins should be either .wsz or .wal files for Classic or Modern skins respectively.

Where are you getting your skins from, what broswer are you using to download them, and what specific skin are you trying to use (link please).
