Question Two more questions ...

Sorry, but I have not enough time to read _all_ topics and I don't know if this question already has been posted.

So, I'm using Winamp3b2.5.

Why it doesn't support custom in/out plugins ? If I want to save WAV file, I use Winamp2 instead.

And what about to make AVS screensaver ?
If I select Overlay mode in AVS setup, all OK until workstation is locked. I know it is impossible to make a background behind "Workstation is locked" window playing AVS preset, but it IS POSSIBLE to make an AVS screensaver ! I believe You will make it !

ps: Thanx to crossfader in Winamp 2.79 from all my friends who can't use winamp3 !

ps: Sorry for my English, it's not my native language.

1. it does support custom input plug-ins.(via a shell)

Winamp3 is complete rewrite of winamp....their is very little support for the older style winamp 2 plug-ins...and their never will be support for the old output plugins.

you can't make wav files in winamp3 yet.

2. Thats a windows problem..it doesn't have anything to do with winamp or AVS. Microsoft meant it to be like that

The diskwriter plugin available here http://www.winamp.com/components3/de...onentId=119517 is no good at all.

1- It converges different mp3s into ONE .wav file, meaning that you have to convert one mp3 at a time
2- If you read the comments then you'll see that a few people have noted that there is a very suspicous file incorperated with it (something about logging passwords).

Since the plugin suggested here is linked directly to Peters plugin .exe file, I would like some feedback/info about it before I try it. Is it actually a different one from the one I gave a link to?

Well anyways, my big suggestion would be to include the SAME disk writer as in 2.xx! [And also to give us the same keyboard shortcuts ]
