WinAmp and Streaming across internet

Hello,
Attached is a picture, screen shot, of a problems with WinAmp.
I do not understand how to fix, this error?
This only happens with certain WAV files..

Can anyone here, explain what this is?? And How too fix it??

What this means is that those WAV files are compressed with an mp3 codec, ie. they are mp3-layered and therefore an mp3 system codec needs to be installed for Winamp to play them.
The Fraunhofer MP3 Codec is installed with Windows Media Player 6.4 and higher.
Or you could try a google search for it.

They will play if you change the extension to .mp3 instead of .wav, although this is not the recommended method . . .
