Rules:

1.) No use of edit button
2.) Use common sense:

on length: nobody wants to feel like they're reading a novel, so use good judgment.

There aren't many rules at this point, and I hope to keep it that way. Just follow rule # 2 and there won't be a need.

Note that I did not write these rules up until after a mistake I made that I realized was not fair to people; I edited after posting in the original thread that inspired the creation of this one.

I hate to add a new rule, but because an issue has come up, I feel it must be addressed. Everything I say in a battle I mean in a good natured way---I just wanted to make sure we were clear on that---I greatly admire most of the people I target in battles; and I try to make that clear.

For the record-
New rule (part of rule # 2): No remarks that show a distinct lack of creativity and are openly hateful. No references like the one ElChevelle made about something being gay (whether taken literally as a crude remark regarding homosexuals or not, there were still plenty of other parts that were hateful, and I think it demonstrated a lack of creativity by not being able to find another way to say that.)

Please be civil...please???
