What you have is a beta of Winamp 5.. Pro will be available soon. Currently, ripping is limited to Ogg Vorbis, AAC, Wave and you can only rip at 2x speed. Pro will have everything unlocked once you buy it. Honestly though, I'd suggest just using CDex or EAC instead. Both are free and you aren't limited like you'll be with the Winamp 5 beta/free version.

Ogg isn't in the installer, but available as a seperate download.

...but to answer your question

You put an audio cd in the drive
go to: Winamp Library -> Devices -> CD X
(where X is the drive letter of your cd drive)
select the trax you want to rip
then click the "Rip" button.

Settings (encoder, quality, file name/folder output, etc) are in:
Winamp -> Prefs (Ctrl+P) -> CD Ripping

Go ^here^ first before ripping anything, and set up the ripper to taste.

As the guys said above, the full features (unlimited speed, mp3 encoding, etc) will be unlocked when Winamp 5.0 Pro Final version is released, soon. You will then be able to purchase a licence to unlock all Pro ripping/burning features.
