Graphics Error in Windowshade Mode

I have two monitors, second is above the first. Winamp is in windowshade mode at the top of the first monitor. When I hover over any control with a tooltip, the tooltip is displayed only on the second monitor, with the correct width, but the height is the entire height of the monitor. I've included a picture to demonstrate.

Specs:

Pentium M 1.4GHz
Windows XP Home
384 MB RAM
nVidia GeForce FX Go5200 64 MB
Primary Monitor Res: 1680x1050 (laptop LCD screen)
Secondary Monitor Res: 1600x1200 (21" CRT monitor)
