REGEDIT4 plugin

-Export key contents to the file in REGEDIT4 format

Maybe it might be better to just merge this plugin with the other about registry, because regedit4 format is the traditional registry file format (I don't know if there exist others).

If it would be so I would not began to write plugin. Windows XP and above has unicoded regedit 5.

Unbelievable /a switch I had trying to found it in docs (so as not to make much work). But written parser gives such opportunities as: saves without subkeys, deletes keys at restoring process and, main thing, opportunity of a result manipulation.
