Advanced title form.: $upper(%artist%) problems with artist="BJÖRK"

I think the subject says it all.
There seems to be a problem with the advanced title formatting function "$upper()".
The same problem accours with "BÖHSE ONKELZ".
So I think the "ö" is the problem.

I found nothing about this in the other threads.

P.S.: would be nice to be able to use this feature (advanced title..) in the library.

Yup, reproduced a crash.

AppName: winamp.exe | AppVer: 5.0.1.1 | ModName: user32.dll |
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2622 | Offset: 00008d4e

Already fixed for the next release. Thanks.

Note: it's with any non-english characters, and it's a 5.11-specific bug, heh.
Also note that $caps and $caps2 strings are also affected by the bug.
