Winamp x Webroot Spy Sweeper

I have a strange problem here...

When Webroot Spy Sweeper is installed, Winamp skips the sound in undefined intervals.

Surprisingly, Winamp's CPU usage increases for a short period of time (what makes the song skip) and then it comes back to normal. As I mentioned, it happens in undefined intervals.

The Spy Sweeper's service's CPU usage keeps normal all the time (always zero).

Since I can't simply stop the service, the only solution is uninstalling Spy Sweeper.
When I uninstall it and reboot the computer, Winamp just comes back to normal.

I tried many Winamp's versions (including 5.52) and the problem still exists...

I'd really like to use both programs and that's why I ask you: is there any possible solution for this "incompatibility"?
