Media Library - Shoutcast problem

Browser : IE7 or Firefox 3
AV and Firewall : Trend Micro
Winamp : 5.541

I have used Winamp for many years with very problems but am now experiencing the problem described below which prevents me from using the program. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Problem step-by-step :

1. Open Media Library
2. Click on SHOUTcast Radio
3. SHOUTcast UI opens in ML window
4. Pop-up error message "Object expected... etc" appears
5. Continue to run scripts? Click either Yes or No
6. SHOUTcast UI disappears from ML window
7. SHOUTcast is not accessible from the ML window.

At this stage the keyboard and mouse may freeze for anything from a few seconds to several minutes. When the keyboard and mouse unfreeze the system seems a little unstable. System needs to be rebooted to settle down.

If SHOUTcast is accessed directly from the SHOUTcast website and a radio station is selected from the website then the station will play in Winamp without any problems. So the issue seems to be confined to the Media Library UI.

Action already taken :

Uninstalled Winamp. Cleared out all Winamp residual files. Cleared residual Winamp entries from the Registry.

Reinstalled Winamp 5.541.

Problem persists.
