Hi all,
Well, I took the 0.a1 version and tried it on Mandrake 8.1 - it installs, but thats it... I really don't know how the porting is done there by Winamp developers, but making the executable under linux as Winamp.exe? ![]() So anyway, I'm attaching the log file, looks like the problem is with libPNG.. I guess from the strace you're trying to play a bit with DGA? Machine: AMD 800, 320MB RAM, EIDE hard drives, XFree 4.1.0, Mandrake 8.1.. If any help is needed - then please contact me. Hetz |

Try putting your monitor into 24 or 32 bit color mode. 8 and 16-bit color modes don't work.

It's okay. We're examining how easy it will be to rename the Windows binary executable "a.out"
mig "How much credence do you give to the rumor that, in the early 70's, the original programmers wanted to call it a ``Be-in,`` but didn't think it was good enough so they decremented all three lexemes?" |
