If you submit skins , please read this....

Attention skin authors

It has come to the attention of the skin review team that due to a problem in the skin database , skins submitted during the month of August 2001 may be "stuck" in the database , thus preventing them from getting reviewed in the normal fashion.

If you feel you have a skin that was submitted during this time period, please post the skin ID number within this thread, a member of the review team will check this thread on a daily basis and if the skin ID is from the August time period they will arrange for it to be reviewed.

If you are unsure as to how to find the skin ID number, go into your developers account, on the line that shows your unpublished skin, move your cursor over the "EDIT" line and look at the status bar on your web browser, within it you should see the five digit skin ID number., usualy something starting "7"

Only skins from the AUGUST period will be reviewed in this fashion, any skin ID's that are dated after AUGUST will be ignored and reviewed in the normal fashion.

Please keep this thread on topic and easy to view for the skin reviewers by only posting in it if you feel you have a skin that has been lost on the database, basically if you don't have a skin that needs attention, don't post in here
All non relevant posts in this thread will be deleted.

Thank you for your time and patience, hopefully we can soon get this straightend out with your help.

will such skins be posted in the newest skins section after they're reviewed?
i request the mods to ensure that they are.

(including mine )

otherwise those skins will not be seen by the majority of surfers...

newest secton = newest published skins.

Even if it weren't an automated process we'd have no choice but to put them there. You got a CID to go along with that question?

...a blatant person.

i can't seem to find it anywhere in the 1000 newest skins.

if there's anyone with the august skin problem whose skin has been reviewed and posted in the newest section, please reply...

Long submitted skin, still not posted.

I'm not sure when I submitted it, but newer ID numbers than mine have already been posted... So Maybe it was in August.

Component ID: 79412

Thanks.

Forgive me, I know this is for August but I can't remember if thats when I submitted it or not.

I created Impulse (id: 76574) and Auriferous (id: 77114) in August and submitted them, right around the same time I resubmitted Glitter Amp (id: 76229). As you can see from the ID numbers, not too far apart.

Anywayz, not long after that I sumitted the other 4 skins that go with Impulse and Auriferous, and on October 3rd I did a major update and edited most of the skins in my control area.

Now it says last Edit on the Impulse and Auriferous and the GlitterAmp as October 3rd, but recently all of my skins from October 3rd and October 4th edits have been published. These are the only 3 that weren't.

The only reason I'm asking is because I heard that when a skin is edited, it doesn't lose its place in line and those 3 are the oldest skins I had on the list. So I thought I should have someone check on it. Seeing as how Impulse was the first in the series, it should've been posted first.

If anyone can find any of the skins I made please email them to Forevever@aol.com
I can't remember all the names but specifically hunting for Lascivious, and DEVOUR (compilation with Jax) and any in the Impulse series which had 6 total. Auriferous, Gilt, Impulse, Nadir, and 2 others I can't remember but you dig.

80887 Published 14th of October, updated 15th of October.
80888 Cannot be found in the database, could you please re-check that this is the correct component ID for this skin.

Skin reviews at the minute, are up to the 15th of October in the database, should be approx another 3 weeks untill yours is re-reviewed.

Once re-submitted it goes back into the queue for re-review.

Check the 80888 one tho, as I say, can't find it anywhere.

Oh hey, your from Leeds *waves at the neighbour*

Long time ago.

componentId=76384: 15 Aug 2001, Soulless
componentId=76386: 15 Aug 2001, Elucidation

You have caused me a great deal of mental thought into the perplexity of the human mind, among other things.

On Aug 18th I posted a new skin.
It was my first!
I assumed that something was wrong
with the way I submitted it so I
didn't give it much thought as to
why it wasn't published or reviewed.
The ID # is 76714
thank you for starting this thread.

76574 October 3rd <--can't recall original posting
82836 October 20th <--this one...
81208 October 25th <--and this one I think should've been published because one of my other skins from October 25th was published

Please don't make me delete and resubmit these, I don't want to change the names of some of them. They're necessary to complete a series!!

The skin's id's are: 79592
