Linux Winamp3 tries to start but dies

hello

once i've done all the nesscary copying of all the files to the /usr/loca/ dir i run "Winamp"

umm it takes about 3secs to load and po[ps a black screen up then dissapears.. i edited the >/dev/null part and got this error:

libpng warning: Ignoring truncated iCCP profile.

libpng warning: Incomplete compressed datastream in iCCP chunk
X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)

hmm that might be the problem i ran into when trying to run it using libpng1.2.x. I downgraded to 1.0.x and then it worked fine.

Nah looking at your error message it's prolly the less than 24bit color problem.
