The whole state of the internet broadcasting industry is in flux. So you're in the same boat as everyone else, wondering how much it'll cost. If you just want to broadcast non-copyrighted files in a small, non-commercial way, you can just proceed to www.shoutcast.com
to get free software to broadcast from your home computer.
