yep, i'm pretty sure that's a real word.

well, pretty basic thread this. We have established that unreal tournament will be played, so, who is up for it? Please post your email address, or, if you are too paranoid about getting (more) spam, you can PM it, or email it to me ( binaryhero@talk21.com ). That's about it really

oh, it will take place IN JULY. you will need version 436, if you run UT then it says your version number in the top right of the screen. updates available from www.planetunreal.com

During these tournaments, i would advise anyone whome gets the following error:-

Version DE type mismatch, or similar, to rename DE.u in your unreal tournament folder, to XDE.u, a temporary fix so it will connect to the tournament server.

Use the delta patch thing then. The no-cd one. No cd needed to update to 436.

asshole, if Rds running the server which he probably is, and if he's being 1337 which he undoutably will be then he'll probably set up the remote UT server website thing .. so any mode that 'we'/he want(s) to play i guess..

Im in, I have a suggestion on the mode we play..

Zeroping Instagib

(The ZP mod can be downloaded here: www.zpworld.com, if RD's running the server, he's the only one who needs to download it)

The reason I say lets play this is because it gives us people who have low speed connections (56k etc) can have a chance to play then....plus instagib is just soooo fun :P

If we dont play this could I have the permission to spectate? (as I dont play any other mode sadly

)

i LOOOOOVVVEEE instagib!!! i love it love it love it!
especially CTF. but i guess that wouldnt be an option with this being a small tourny with a few people. my aim is 'thefreshestkind'
so you could try that if you want. hell, if anyone ever wants to play email me with the ip and time. i liked what happened last time we tried this, the server details were posted, and people played when they could. i think that would probably be best, and maybe send out an email to tell roughly the time that scores would start to be recorded. i would host a server, but my DSL line prob cant handle it, plus, i do too much other stuff. like 'procuring' ok, well, i am going to go sharpen up, either in UT or MOHAA. i played that game for the first time online yesterday nd i am starting to top servers! ok, bye./
