WinAMP3 not starting

I have downloaded the new WinAMP 3 - final release but when trying to start it, the following error occurs shown in the attached picture

Anyone an idea what it might be?

I had no prereleased installed...

When closing the error box, Studio.exe crashes causing an error in Kernel32.dll
