Document Organizer

We'd like to organize our documents by maintaining a soft copy. I think it is much better if we opt for cloud based that allows secure access to the documents from anywhere using any device. We've heard about Cloud Document Management software and I'm wondering if anyone here has any experience using it. Is it complicated to use?
