Even if there was a shadow government and they were watching us all, who cares? Let them watch- what is going to happen by doing so? Are they going to arrest you because you use the wrong brand of peanut butter? If the government had the ability to keep all human activity on surveillance the truth is that 99% of it would bore you to sleep. The other 1% or whatever the percentage would be- would be watched for some legal/criminal matter; in which case it would be helpful.
To be completely honest- I see nothing wrong with a video camera at every street corner. I think ALL public venues should be monitored. OH HELL! Just go here for a real discussion-->You are being watched ßoþL¡©¡†¥ |

It's no conspiracy.
YOU WILL CARE, when it's to late. From the NEC website: The question now stands: will you smart transform or be left behind? https://www.necam.com/ blabbermouth.net ~ 7bamboo.com ~ blacklabelsociety.net ~ www.shoutcast.com ~ hektik.org/gallery americasupportsyou.mil ~U.S. Iraq War Casualties ~ cellphonesforsoldiers.com ~ operationhomefront.net Last edited by webthing; 14th May 2016 at 20:09. |

I care now, but one question is 'What is the alternative?'. I have several other questions and no easy answers.
Almost all technology can be used for 'good' and 'bad'. I can see both economic benefits and moral objections to the NEC technology. There are societies (groups of people) with moral and economic beliefs and practices that are different from (sometimes opposite) other societies. There are individuals with beliefs and practices that are different from other individuals and groups, even from others within the same society they live in. In and between societies; one person's freedom fighter is another's terrorist, one person's business-person is another's criminal. Is there really any difference between the actions of a legal spy and an illegal one? It is the duty of every government to define what 'harm' is and establish 'laws' (practices) to guide their citizens' behavior (individually and in groups like corporations, unions, gangs, and mobs). It is also the duty of every government to protect their citizens from 'harm' (external, internal, and even that from the government itself). This protection can never be perfect. It can be intrusive, or unobtrusive, or a combination of both. In such a diverse world as ours, how can you honor your moral and economic beliefs and practices without causing unintentional 'harm' to others? Do you believe that might makes right? 'Harm' is 'harm', unintentional or not. Is there a universal definition of 'harm' or do you know it when you see it? What are the victims supposed to do to protect themselves (individually and as a society)? Striking out without direct warning against others (that had no direct involvement) seems 'wrong' to me. What level of indirect involvement should be cause for action? Legal war also seems counterproductive to me in the long run. One war often establishes additional conditions for another one. So when 'harm' continues year after year, generation after generation, with no end in sight and legal petitions are ignored, I can understand why some victims strike out against anyone they can, in any way they can. Do you believe that what's 'good' for the many, outweighs what's 'good' for the few or the one? On the whole, governments do what they can. It is up to individuals to stay as aware as possible and do what they can to legally protect themselves. Some individuals (in and out of government) will always look to take illegal advantage. Moral 'right' and 'wrong' is another can of worms that will probably never be sorted out. Every time I read about the shadow govt I'm reminded of this guy.
Also, disinformation. If you're busy hunting conspiracies you have no time to deal with the obvious shit happening right under your nose (*cough* trade agreements *cough*). And the religious aspect. Somehow it's actually comforting to think there are people who are in control and know everything that's going on, even if it's some secret cabal of bad guys. |

FBI wants to keep secret who's stored in its massive biometric database
May 24, 2016 The FBI is proposing keeping information that it stores as part of a massive biometric database private -- even to those whose information is stored in the records. Known as the Next Generation Identification System (NGIS), the database draws in biometric data from passport registration, security checks, and judicial processing -- such as if someone is arrested. The database also includes biometric records on foreigners, such as those who apply for visas, and foreign law enforcement staff. But it's not just fingerprints -- it's iris scans, facial scans, palm prints, and any other bodily information that can be collected as part of a routine interaction with the government agency. The FBI argues that the data is so sensitive that it should be exempt from the Privacy Act, which would prevent anyone from asking if their data is included. http://www.zdnet.com/article/fbi-wan...privacy-rules/ |

Robots will be used to suppress attempts by the masses to rise up.
Automation will replace more and more jobs; but the elite few left with all the wealth will be able to crush any attempts to rebel with an array of security machines. https://www.inverse.com/article/2089...the-revolution |

Imelda Marcos is an example of a Shadow government
The regime of the former President Ferdinand Marcos is one good example of a shadow government.
He was the dictator of the republic of the Philippines from 1965 to 1986. Everyone thought that Marcos was a heartless and ruthless dictator. During his regime, many people was tortured and killed. But if you are going read and study the history further. It is actually not Marcos but his first lady Imelda Marcos and her allies were the ones who are most responsible and behind all those tragedies. Imelda Marcos is one good example of a Shadow Government. She was then a first lady and a non-appointed government official but has a great power and control over the government. |
