Stream over 128k

Hi i have premium and says i can stream at 320 but anything above 128k and it disconnects after 10 seconds each time !?

Hey,
Did you enter the User ID and the License ID?

Did you enter the Authash and is the stream on Public?

no didnt notice had to do this
