Using Cabsetup Plugin

Hello Every1,

Ive Downloaded Cabsetup Plugin , Copied It Into Plugins Directory

But How To Use It , Ive Gone Through The Script In It ,

I Could Only Understand That It Should Have Previously Built Cab Files In It

So Any 1 Could Explain Me How To Do It..... Till That I Will Take Another Look At Script
