setup with externa mixer

OK i am running around trying to find a solution and everything i do i hit a brick wall.. I would really appreciate if someone can hep me.. one of gentlement from this forum helped me with the hook up of a mixer and the image is attached

i hooked it exactly as on the picture

no on the shoutcast i have put

INPUT DEVICE - SOUNDCARD INPUT

on the middle of the page it says soundcardmixer control

choose capture device - i have two option

micropone high definition audio device and another microphone high def


if i plug in (cd tape in)red and white into blue jack on pc than i have drop down menu on shoutcast window.


either way the sound is horrible maybe at 10 percent but not clear at all..

what I am doing wrong ??
