use the screen capture driver that is included in the rar as the nsv capture device.

If you mean the "VHScrCap" i have to tell you that is doesn't work. When i activate this device in my NSVCap, i see my desktop on it.

So, either I made something wrong or there must be another way

YES!! Perfect!

1. Set up the mixer
2. then set up the screen capture to capture the picture from the desktop.

Use VHScrCap to capture the mixer output from the desktop.

This is the only 'free' solution available that I know of.

Oh my god,

please say not, that The Video Mixer Programm must be always opened (Not in the line onto Screen botton).

That would be useless for me

You need to learn C++ and code your own source filter my friend.
I dont understand what is wrong with running the mixer behind nsvcap. Put nsvcap as "always on top". I guess I dont understand your purpose.

I have made many videos this way. The only difference is that I write file instead of shoutcast. I do Picture in picture in picture of picture in picture of picture, using 4 sources. Just check this one out!

OR,

OR,
run dual display,..>push screencap window to 2nd display,
loop back 2nd display out-put(svid=nice) to recording device ie. hrdv, nsv.cap, vcr, live cap server, or what ever virtual out-put /in-put devices smelter can dream up...

software problem? black screen...

The videomixer is great and the screen capture tool, too!!!
But unfortunately when I use the program for about one hour my pc screen goes black and after a few minutes the system starts to reboot

I don't think that it's a computer problem because I only have this problem when I use the videomixer and the screen capture driver.

I use 3 webcams (USB cameras) with the option RGB 24 because I420 doesn't work.

I don't understand why the software first works fine and then fails after a while???

Does anyone have the same problem or does the program works fine at everyone?!?!

Never had the problem.

I think because its 3 usb cameras, because that is the only thing you are doing differrent.

I can run the mixer with PCI devises and 1 usb camera far as long as I want. over 2 weeks once

Sometimes the VFW usb cam driver wrappers demand full screen and I bet they are fighting.

Try this.

Load the video mixer with the screen capture driver as the only device.

See how long that runs by itself. You can do trippy effects by feeding the capture driver in to itself

That should run for days.

This is direct X based application.

check your power saving features not to shut down hard drives or video adapters including screen savers
