help finding example of ml.h function usage...

hello. i've been searching for an example of a winamp media library plugin to follow along and to try and learn from. i've search the net high and low and have struck out. any help referring me to an example would be greatly appreciated. my preference would be to follow a plugin that makes use of playlist indexing related functions if possible.
