    NSIS v3.04

    A xmas miracle.

NSIS 3.04 improves Windows 10 and ARM64 detection along with the usual collection of improvements, bug fixes and language file updates.

If you find any issues, report them in this thread and/or on the SF bug tracker and please include compiler error messages and sample code if possible...

    NSIS 3.04 Installer Triggering Antivirus

Hi I have a quick question regarding the NSIS 3.04 installer. My Avast Free Antivirus picks it up as a Win32:Evo-gen so I decided to upload it to Virustotal. Virustotal reports 7 out of 68 antivirus engines detecting malware. Is the installer not compromised? In the future maybe you guys could get a digital signature for your software or post an MD5 on the website. Thanks for the help!

It is not unusual for new NSIS releases to be flagged by about 5 AV products. You might see your AV and then the rest seem to be Chinese? products.

I would recommend that you report it as a false-positive and then switch to another AV product.

MakeNSISW 3.04 has a GUI problem (http://www.meggamusic.co.uk/shup/155...-Hunter-28.png), buttons at the bottom are ineffective after minimized on Windows 10 1809.

Thanks, I'll try to get this fixed for the next release fixed.

            MakeNSISW - UI size issues

            Hi,

I just upgraded from 2.46 to 3.04 and test the new NSIS release.

I have serious issues with the MakeNSISW window. The scrollbar is not displaying correct and also not working,
bottom lines doesn't show and buttons at the bottom not working / not click able.

Windows 7 - MakeNSISW started in windowed mode. No resizing took place.

Hope that information helps to fix that.

            Kind regards,
            Pascal

I just tried the new version you provided. In full mode as well as in windowed mode it works perfect now. Scrollbar is visible and all buttons are responding.

                Ty!
