Is the "Winamp iPod Plugin Discussion" Sub-Forum the Step-Child of the Winamp Forum?

I can never find the Winamp iPod Plugin Discussion Sub-Forum from the Forum Home and I don't mean that I can only find it after looking for a long time, but that it is not to be found without using the forum search.

Could this please be put into one of the upper forum pages?

it is not publically listed for a number of reasons i will not go into so it will not be added to the main index.

yes it is not listed for public so you have to go through another way
