Invicta is a third party skin. Try contacting one of the coauthors here for support or help.

Incase you want it, I have a solution for you:

1. Update the skin to the latest version, through either the built-in update function, or download it from the site JonnyMac linked to.
2. Unpack the skin (rename Invicta.wal to Invicta.zip and then extract it).
3. Extract the files in the attached zip into the unpacked Invicta folder (ie: Winamp\skins\Invicta), and replace all files it asks for.

Now you should have a working playlist editor in the stick mode.
There is one bug however, that cannot be solved.
The playlist editor in the stick drawer will not list the current playlist on startup, you'll have to reload the playlist for it to show it.
This is a bug in Winamp and nothing we can do about it.
(I have submitted bugreports about it several times)
