I love the graphics in the Xbox video games "Oddworld" and really want to make a skin in this theme. Will I be rejected for copyright violations since I will most likely use graphics found on the internet?
I believe what you should do is check out the Copyright/terms of use that company has towards use of their graphics. It's also always best to credit them in some way.
