bug not present in previous Winamp

with the new winamp when one reduces it (make it as a bar with the classic skin) and put it at the bottom of the screen (if the windows start bar is at top) once we click back on the winamp bar for example the playlist bar just beside, instead of going upwards it goes downwards....

Have you checked your Window Sizing collapse options? Look in the right-click context menu's Options command.
