./sc_trans error

Hi All,

I'm having an issue starting sc_trans on Ubuntu 11.10 64-bit. I have done all config files and when I run it i get the following error:

Quote:
-bash: ./sc_trans: No such file or directory
The files have been uploaded in BINARY but I am still getting this issue. Shoutcast is working but I don't see what the issue Ubuntu is having with Transcoder

If anyone could share some light on the problem I that would be great!

Thanks,
J

probably needs a chmod a+x on it (as per http://wiki.winamp.com/wiki/SHOUTcas...c_OS_X_.2F_BSD)

hmm, well that's normally the common fix for that. otherwise i assume you're using the 64-bit compile if you're using the 64-bit ubuntu? if so maybe try the 32-bit version &/or also re-download to make sure it's not a corrupted download/install.
