Hey!
I was wondering....
How do you get it so you can hear wave files in the background (like an instant message alert) while you are listening to mp3's in Winamp?
I know theres a way to do it because my friend did it, I just dont know what he did to do it!

Depends on the sound setup.
Switching to the Directsound output plugin helps I think. Although I use the waveout plugin and hear other sounds.

uhhh

I just switched to the directsound plug in and I still can't hear outside wave files...
then i tried the waveout plugin and still! nothing!

just to make sure im goin to the right place... i right clicked on winamp and went into options-preferences then into the plugins-- output then clicked the plug in...

what do i need to do!?
