Exclamation ml_iPod 2.04 released

Hello everybody, a new version is ready for download!

Version 2.04 - 04/14/2007
  • convert Winamp replay gain values to iPod Soundcheck values, this lets you use replay gain on your iPod! COOL!
  • autofill from chosen playlist
  • save and restore database to/from archive file
  • recover dead iPods, even without archive
  • German translation
  • keep basic metadata (artist, title...) in transcoded tracks. Makes it easier to recover a dead iPod.
  • playlist deletion with Del key
  • playlist creation with Ins key
  • automatically initialize factory new iPods (that don't have a iTunesDB yet)
  • much better handling of iPod shuffle
  • gapless playback on nano finally works
  • a lot of bug fixes and minor improvements
Download here

A full list of all changes can be found in the change log. Enjoy!

Question abu: The "keep basic metadata (artist, title...) in transcoded tracks..." feature applies only to tracks transcoded to MP3 or will this also work when transcoding to AAC?
