Manual Playlist Advance Behavior is not manual

Am I crazy or should Manual Playlist Advance stop after every track is played or loop a single track on w/ Repeat on?

On a related note - If anyone knows of an edition that is truly manual, supports JumpToFile and honors the Queue from version 1.96 or greater, please share
