Going Live on air

I have been trying to connect to Winamp and Im having connection issues, I would like to talk on the air live through my usb microphone.
I see the music playing but the sound for the mic is not coming through.

The Output 1 will not connect is keeps flashing RECONNECTING.

Should I change it to output 2 and reconnect it.
