Is there any SDK out there to work with Shoutcast Streaming?

I love winamp and shoutcast since i was 15, and, let's just say than that was a long, long time ago, i use to hear streaming music since i have 18, now i am a developer and i was wondering.

Did any of you know if there is an SDK to include shoutcast streaming / radio list in your own app?

I know than AOL never do such thing, but i was wandering if Radionomy has said something about, and if indeed this exist, where i can find it?
