Is it possible to stream mp3's from a CDN through shoutcast?

Without using winamp? For example, if I have 5 mp3's located on a server somewhere, can I stream these as a continuous, repeating playlist through my shoutcast server, using some server based encoder rather than winamp?

Any help would be much appreciated!
