Cloud based or portable winamp database

I would like to see the winamp database (all config files) be able to be stored on my portable drive or in the cloud so I can install winamp on my work and home computer and access all my settings from either machine. I normally take my external drive between home and work but I don't want to maintain all my playlists and music catelog in both places.
