WAV cd burning? Help
Well hello.
Im new here at winamp.com and I had winamp since 2006 i think but, I've always tried to burn a Cd in Wav format like WMP does. I have all my music on Wav converted from Flac and I know those are the best qualities for music ![]() ![]() Thank you NOTE:I can't do it with Windows Media Player because I uninstalled it from my computer. |

scan your wavs, flacs, mp3s, whatever into winamp, select them, put a blank cd in the drive, and then send the files to the cd. that should burn a redbook type cd, as opposed to just copying the data files on there.

As long as the burner closes the CD (prevents adding more tracks later), it should play on any CD player.

some car stereos can play data files too fyi. but "redbook" standard means a "normal" cd, able to work on any cd player.
i don't use winamp to make cds, but i am pretty sure my method above will result in a redbook cd. PENN STATE Radio or http://www.LION-Radio.org/ -- BUG #1 = Winamp skips short tracks Wish #1 = Multiple Column Sorting Wish #2 = Add TCMP/Compilation editing |
