Close shoutcast app warning

Hi there! I don't use Shoutcast as a service (yet) since I like to see the ShoutCast opening details on the screen without opening a log file. Is there a command-line available for the config file, which warns you that you close SHOUTcast if you press the X button upright

command prompt windows used to have an option to warn on close... in win# i can't find it through the interface.. maybe a reg hack?
