Error Code Winamp 5.03a

Have installed several times and I receive the following error:

Winamp 5.03a:winamp.exe-Ordinal not found

The ordinal 373 could not be located in the dynamic link library px.dll

During every install, I receive a message that there was a problem during the install and that CD ripping may not be possiple -1

Once I select ok a few times, I am allowed to use the program.
