Windows Based Proxy Servers, need suggestions

I'm going to build a Windows Proxy Server in my network so I can set up streaming on all my shoutcast v1's to stream outgoing Port 80. Yes, it can be done this way.

Just wanted to know a list of some good software to use, any suggestions or what do you guys use?

Not going to shoutcast 2 btw and not binding IP's to 1 nic card.

what is it that rules out using v2 ? is it purely the bugs in the current build or just a complete loathing for it, etc ? as i need to understand what it is that's putting people off so i can plan out what needs to be done.
