Scheduling Adverts for Monetization

Hello,

I'm trying to schedule Advert to trigger Ads for monetization. I would like to trigger 4 Adverts each hour, Do you have any examples creating calendar tags. I have tried to create one but it's not working.

I have it scheduled as follows;

what streaming software do you use?

i use sam broadcaster and setup my ads with PAL scripts

Hello, Geeque112.

Adverts are triggered via ID3 tags, so you may want to make sure that your broadcasting application sends these to the DNAS.

You can ruled that out by manually inserting an ad, and checking not only that it plays, but also that its ID3 tag is 'understood' as Advert trigger: in the DNAS

Then you can tackle how to schedule it, depending on the application, again. Let us know in this thread what you're using for broadcasting and your station ID so we can dig further.

I use CentovaCast. I'm able to create a playlist that runs every 30 mins. the playlist contains my Advert.mp3. I'm thinking about dropping the time down to every 20 mins to get more impressions.

What are the results of listening to your advert file? Does it show as expected? Does Centova actually display the ID3 tags?

Hi I'm from Brazil. A little while active, it is the easiest to use, but when the 2-minute p3 file I programmed is played in the offers it does not work in the monetized countries. I asked a friend in france and he is not an employee. What should I have done wrong? Also when I click Log (Tailing | Save) no SHOUTcast Server Summary appears these errors that pos pos below. Hello, gospelhits, welcome to the forum.

Could you please open a new forum post so we can hunt this down in its own thread?

It seems that your configuration is lacking the path of the cacert.pem file, which is the certificate that enables your stream to report to the YP directory and retrieve ads.
Some advice includes:
-- Checking that your /home/streaming is owned by the 'streaming' user entirely (chown -R streaming:streaming /home/streaming)
-- Making sure that you have /home/streaming/cacert.pem along with /home/streaming/sc_serv executable.

As i said above, create your own 'New post' to drill down and find the solution.
