Generated in Planner but stream does not work

Hi,

I have just purchased Shoutcast for business plan today and started up my radio -

code:
https://www.radionomy.com/en/radio/balkanxlradio/share/share

I have done everything according to tutorials and got my day planned in the planner and status is generated but stream does not start. i tried rebooting my radio but it does not work either, can anybody help please ?

Radio GUID is 7ac1391a-e932-46b7-abc2-1f6092f16939

I have exactly the same problem. Have you found a solution?

Hi hawaks,

If the radio does not play after generating, you can reboot the radio yourself Settings ==> Advanced ==> Reboot my station.
If it still doesn't work, I will look at it.
Then I need your radio Guid.
