What genre radio channels do you listen and where are they from?

Counting multiple channels from the same site only once:

Shoutcast: 13

More interesting

rock: 4 (259, Freebird, WSHE, Derf)
classical: 2 (AVRO, MR)
soundtrack: 2 (Radiocinema, 24seven)

United States: 4 (1 metal, 2 rock, 1 soundtrack)
Netherlands : 3 (1 metal, 1 rock, 1 classical)
Russia: 2 (metal)
Germany: 1 (metal)
Holland: 1 (rock)
Hungary: 1 (classical)
Switzerland: 1 (soundtrack)

Jimseo: I doubt that those extra links were in RoH's original post

there must be hundreds, just check out shoutcast.com

For me: mainly Morow.com, (progressive rock) which hosted in France but the jingles are in (sort of) English

Jesus loves you [yes, you] so much, he even died for you so that you will not need to die, but live forever

We are all f-ing doomed. If you can find a station that is not afflicted with the Clearchannel fungus among us... even on Shoutcast... I'd like to know.

There are about 200 tunes of the rock genre according to corporate masters. Here the culprit is KGON. If I take a plane 3000 miles, I'll find the same Clearchannel spew in other markets. It's like music froze in 1978.

Ah!!! it's Don McClaine's "the day the music died".... Again! It always makes me want to clean my shotgun looking carefully down the bore. Did I clear and lock it?

........................................................

It's what I love about KMHD. I have never heard anything twice... ever...

i don't listen to radio when i can avoid it, the reception is always shit and there's always more ads than there are songs.

mostly i tend to gravitate towards varieties or offshoots of rock and metal, techno can be good if done right but i've only ever found two bands that do it right and only one consistently.

I hate everyone, so you don't have to.
