Shoutcast Solaris not working [BUG I THINK] pls help!

SunOS 5.9 Generic sun4m sparc SUNW,SPARCstation-20 Solaris 160meg memory.

shoutcast would load, but would not recieve any information
or connect to any relays.

it was configured to be a relay from another server but no
network data would occur once it was started up

appears to be error in solaris version

ne ideas? please help

Doesn't appear to be a bug but a error on the relay side.

The error means that it cannot connect to the relay host so check your details in your config file. Save and restart if changes were made.

Check your source, make sure its correctly running and that it IS running. Also make sure the host relay is set to Allow Relay.

note - different relay servers and config files were used.
nothing worked, and same error everytime.

ok then... Rather odd.
What is the SHOUTCast server used for the host? Solaris I presume?
This maybe perhaps be a bug.
